Returns

If you find that you are not 100% happy with your order please contact us directly via the Get In Touch page so that we can work to rectify the issues. Dependent on the nature of the problem, returns, refunds or store credits may be available and will be determined by individual circumstances.

Damages

We work to ensure that all of our packages are padded and wrapped in a way that assures the safe arrival of your products. However, unfortunately we can’t control the way in which the delivery services handle packages and we can not be liable for any damages caused in transit by the delivery company.

Images will be provided to you of your package before it is sent to prove the quality upon its departure and that you can use as evidence in a claim against the delivery service in the case of damaged goods

Local Shipping

For all local orders we will deliver your orders directly to your door! 
We are located in the centre of Mount Gambier in South Australia. We love our locals and we won’t charge shipping rates for a delivery in our region. 

Shipping within Australia

For all orders within Australia we use Australia Post for delivery!

Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery dependent on your location. We are located in regional South Australia and so delivery can be delayed by a day at times.

Flat rate shipping charges of $12 apply to all small orders within Australia (outside of local region)

All large/wholesale orders will be charged shipping rates dependent on individual orders.

International Shipping

Currently we do not offer International shipping.
